USD trade & offramp both fail with “Unsupported owner/recipient address” on Bitcoin Burner — BTC sends work fine

Bitcoin Burner via bitcoin.burner.pro, iPhone/Safari. Any action touching my USD balance fails with:
“UNSUPPORTED OWNER/RECIPIENT ADDRESS PROVIDED. PLEASE TRY TO REBOOT YOUR BURNER AND TRY AGAIN.”
Hits both TRADE (USD→BTC) and WITHDRAW→Offramp (USD→bank). Plain BTC sends work perfectly — the error only appears when an action touches USD.
Already ruled out: switched browsers (removed Brave, Safari default), full phone reboot, two amounts ($2.78 and $8.14, identical error so not a minimum/dust issue). Separately, deposits via the Lead Bank instructions never reflected in my balance.
Possible cause: if the USD balance is a Base-issued stablecoin (the Bridge/Lead Bank deposit rail and the “owner/recipient address” wording suggest it is), the mismatch may be that the Bitcoin Burner signs Bitcoin and is handing the Base side a Bitcoin owner address it can’t use — which would explain why only USD actions fail.
Can you confirm what this USD balance actually is, whether the Bitcoin Burner supports trade/offramp for it, and how to recover it if it’s stuck? (Already moved my BTC out until this USD issue is resolved.)
