NFT Service not working
M
Marco
I have ordered some Ethereum Cards to give away NFTs. According to the burner.pro website, NFTs with the ERC721 standard are supported. After I created the wallet and wanted to use the NFT service, I was told that this service is yet to come. As I bought several cards precisely for this purpose, I contacted burner support and have heard nothing to date. Now the help page is being revised and the information on NFT support can no longer be found explicitly. What a pity, the product has potential.

Hi Marco, thanks for reaching out, and sorry to hear you’ve had trouble with your NFTs.
Just to clarify: Burner does support ERC-721 NFTs on both Ethereum and Base, and the ability to view and manage them is fully live. (Other formats like ERC-1155 or experimental ones like ERC-404 may appear in your wallet but aren’t currently supported.)
It sounds like there may have been some confusion about how it works. To view NFTs in Burner:
- Select the Ethereum (Mainnet) network
- Transfer the NFT to your Burner wallet address.
- Open the NFT app inside BurnerOS. It will display any NFTs held by that wallet.
You mentioned seeing a message that the NFT feature was “yet to come.” Was that something you saw in BurnerOS, or something someone told you? We’d appreciate the context — it’ll help us figure out what may have caused the confusion.
If you can also share which NFT collection you’re trying to add and what specifically isn’t working, we’d be happy to help get it sorted so you can gift your NFTs as planned.
Lastly, we recently reorganized our help center following the Burner Bitcoin launch, which may have made some articles harder to find. Here’s the section on NFTs for easy reference:
